Your StrucSure Home Warranty includes three layers of protection that begin the day you close on your home:

1-Year Workmanship & Materials Coverage

The one-year warranty provides surety coverage and backs the builder’s warranty on defects in workmanship and materials. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty in the event the builder is unable to do so.

2-Year Systems Coverage

The two-year warranty provides surety coverage and backs the builder’s warranty on defects in the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems.
